Some Realtors find this to be a difficult task. I listen to your needs,
assess your options, and show you only homes that will fit your criteria

be a long, uncertain process, that can take up to 18 months to materialize.

Whether you are moving across the country or across the street,
I can help you make that move easy on the whole family.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
In 1997 I decided to volunteer for the Valley Big Brothers/ Big
Sisters Organization, and became the proud sponsor of a ten year
old boy in Tempe, named Eric Scionti. Eric and I get together 2-3
times a month, and I speak w/ him on a weekly basis. I'm not sure
who benefits more from our time together.... His mother says that
in the past 3 years, he has become less agitated, and gets into fewer
arguments with her and his sister. His grades have improved as well.
It is a privilege to have Eric in my life. Eric is now (14) years
old, and it is amazing to watch him enter puberty, and all that awkwardness.
It brings back memories of when I was his age, and I let him know
that I was uncomfortable TOO at this age! (he's just starting to get
interested in girls…)

Another or Organization I volunteer my
time with is the Make-A-Wish foundation. This is a remarkable organization
that grants wishes for terminally ill children. The "Wish Granting Committee"
is just one facet of this organization.
Another "division" of the Phoenix Make-A-Wish Chapter is the "Smilemakers
Club" THIS is what I am involved with. The Smilemakers make 4 or 5 visits
a month to Phoenix Children's Hospital, St Joes Hospital, and St. Joes Children's
Clinic, to deliver Balloons to the kids in the Hospital wards. We even get
to dress up as Mickey Mouse or Winnie the Pooh! It's quite amazing to see
those kids just stare in amazement when they get a balloon from Barney!!
It is difficult to see these kids in this condition, but it certainly helps
when they smile back at you. They are wonderful children and it gives me
a GREAT appreciation for the good health I have for my daughter, Elizabeth!

In June of 1998, and 1999 I participated in a most extraordinary
of events: The California AIDS Ride 5 and 6. This was a seven day,
575 mile bicycle ride down the coast of California, from San Francisco
to Los Angeles. 2600-2900 riders participated and we raised over 11.9
Million Dollars for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los
Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center. I raised $6800 from my clients, friends,
family and associates. This was one of 6 such benefit rides that happen
across the country every year.

Now that I am a Daddy, I don't have the time to properly train for
a ride like this. (It takes 1400-1600 miles, and 4-5 months of riding
almost every day!!) It was fun, and I have some wonderful memories.
I still donate to my lifelong friend and Inspiration, Randy Goetzl,
who has done the ride 6 years in a row! He has also done the Alaskan
AIDS Vaccination Ride two years in a row now. Randy is 54 years young!

MY WHOLE WORLD
This is me and my Daughter, Elizabeth Leigh. Please allow me to be the proud
new Daddy, just for a moment. Elizabeth was born on January 19th, 2001,
and she is our first Child! What more can I say Dad's…. but you know what
it's like to have a daughter: You are putty in her hands!! She was an angel
sent from above and is beyond belief. Talk about Life altering events….
nothing like watching a child come into this world, to put EVERYTHING in
perspective!! Okay, I've indulged enough. Thanks Again. |
